Hi my Brothers and Sisters, I am so sad to bring you the news that our dear sister, Elder and Master Scout passed away this morning. To all of us who knew her and loved her we will really miss here especially at the Scout Classes. Peggy was one of my role models and I’m so deeply sadden by the news. What a lady, what a Scout.
