The final full day of the Prophecy Quest is upon us and it is at this point that all of those who dedicated their lives to this very special Quest need your prayers.  Never have so many entered the world of the Vision Quest for this kind of very intense and self-sacrificing Quest as is this Prophecy Quest.  At this point they are all suffering deep inside as they look into the probable and possible futures and all the unimaginable horrors that are close at hand.  They now need your prayers more than ever.  And thank you so much for your dedication to the greater Vision.

Hi Folks,

This is just a quick note to tell you all that we are back from Arizona and the stunning land of Apache Springs Ranch.  What an adventure, a grand journey of inspiration, enlightenment, joy, and wonder.  Truly amazing.  There are not enough words to express what a blessing it was to be there, in the lands that Grandfather once walked and held so dear and cherished.  The two classes we held there were equally as amazing.  With the help of Jorge, Frank & Karen, and of course the boundless energy of Celeste, the classes were among the top classes I have ever had the blessing of being able to run.  Juan, my Apache brother, helped get us through some of the rough spots, and a special thanks to the Ranch Manager Jerry, who is one of the hardest working and dedicated people I’ve ever met.

And of course a special thanks to all of you who attended the classes there and made these past two weeks so special.  You are all the foundation of the Tracker School and Family and your enthusiasm and dedication makes even the darkest times vanish.  I can’t thank you all enough for such a great week.  Both Celeste and I along with all of the instructors will forever remember these special weeks we spent with all of you, bring to a close yet another chapter in Grandfathers’ Prophecy.

Please pray and pray hard my brothers and sisters, for in the joy of these precious past few weeks is a hidden darkness……

Hi Folks,
I just want to tell all of you who have prayed so hard and have never given up hope for all of these decades that the Medicine Waters and the Maze area have been purchased by the State of New Jersey. It will be turned into a preserved area and the vast damage that had been done will finally be repaired. We are now finally able to return to one of the best Tracking areas I’ve ever known and be able to swim in the most Sacred Waters of the Pine Barrens once again. Thank you, thank you all. As in “How is your family garden coming along?” I can’t stress the importance enough for creating a garden if you have not already begun one. In thirsty areas you can use gray water to water your gardens or in a city or tight suburban environment put your garden in pots and window planters. Given the conditions that we are facing it is not only good sense to have a garden but it brings you close to the life-giving forces of the Earth and keeps you connected.
Pray and stay very aware. Something is not right. There is an uneasy feeling that many of us are having about the very near future. Something is being kept very quiet, hushed, and secretive.

HI Folks,
Many of you, The Tracker Family & Friends, have been feeling a bit isolated and alone in you Vision and struggles with everyday life. I know too that it is so easy to get sidetracked, overwhelmed, and/or feel that we are not growing fast enough or at all for that matter. I know that I have been a bit backlogged myself especially where this blog is concerned. The struggles here seem endless and the process of moving the Tracker School, museum, studio, and home to the new location at times becomes overwhelming to a point where I sometimes want to give up or even question my Vision. It is during these troubled times that I will reach out to members of the Tracker Family for support and prayer. Celeste and I are so grateful to all of you out there that have given us support and prayer, for without all of you we would soon be overwhelmed and no doubt defeated.
The reason I’m writing this quick note is to let you know that there are several options out there that will help you greatly in your everyday life and the path to your Vision. A very close brother and long time friend, Phil, puts countless hours in reviewing scientific journals, scanning news articles, and researching deeply the constant decay and ultimate collapse of the world. I have come to rely on Phil and the newsletter he publishes called “The Belly of the Beast’, for nearly all of my updates and information. When I was researching the news alone it would take countless hours of work, checking, rechecking, researching and qualifying to even scrape the surface of what was happening both locally and globally. Now, Phil has removed that heavy burden of research from me and if you haven’t already I would suggest very strongly that you subscribe to “The Belly of the Beast” for it provides a wealth of cutting edge information so needed as we face the harsh and horrific days ahead.
Along those same lines of thought I also highly recommend the newsletter called “The Razors Edge” put out by Elizabeth who is one of our cherished elders. The Razors’ Edge is a collection of articles written by students that share their spiritual journeys and Visions, their struggles, failures, and triumphs that enable the rest of us to learn from their successes and their struggles. To me it is a valuable resource and a powerful way of staying connected to the Tracker Family. It also teaches us the value of struggle and ultimate triumph as we realize we are not struggling alone.

Hi Folks,
No doubt you have seen my recent letter about our upcoming classes in Apache Springs Arizona and I’m so sorry that I have to make the rule that no one can just drop by and visit us while we are there. We are limited to the number of students, instructors and volunteers and we must strictly abide by the agreement that we have made. I know that this has caused quite a stir in the Tracker Community and Family but I don’t have a choice in this matter. The only people who seem to fully understand are the people who have been with me the longest, like my Coyote Thunder Society. I don’t mean to hurt anyones feelings but at this point I can only have the bare staff and volunteers there. As I said in the letter, it is my hope to be able to use this land every year and possibly twice a year so I don’t want anything to keep that from happening. Please understand that I have no other choice than to request this and please, under no circumstance just drop by because it could jeopardize ever using this very special place again.

Hi Folks,
I know its been awhile since I’ve posted anything but I have never been under such pressure in my life. We are about five to six months behind schedule for moving into the new Tracker Central Fire home, office, studio, and museum and it has and still is one long and hard battle. My family is still living out of boxes and just trying to get our internet up and running took four months. At least at this point I’ve been able to move Celeste and the kids into the home part of the complex, Jorge is now nearly fully moved into the new Instructors House and soon we hope to be moving the office and studio. As is usual during these high stress times I’m undertaking the most extensive class on skills I’ve ever taught along with the expansion of the Escape class, both coming up in the very near future. Frank and Karen Sherwood will be helping Jorge and I with the Advanced Skills Class and to have both of them back helping after so many years is a real treat as well as a blessing.

One of the most important teachings of Grandfather has come to my rescue during these very intense and troubling times in my life. All of you will remember the story of Grandfather and the Fisherman where I say that, “it was an unspoken rule with Grandfather that every day at sunrise and every evening at sunset each of us would retire to our Sacred Areas to pray, introspect, give thanks, and open ourselves to the Temples of Creation.” This one simple teaching, this unspoken rule, has uplifted me, sustained me, given me peace and sanctuary in the most pressing and troubling of times. There is not a day that goes by, no matter where I am or what I’m doing, that I do not dedicate myself to this Sacred Time. Now as the world we live in begins to spiral out of control, resources are being used up at an alarming rate, and the decay and collapse of our Earth Mother declines more and more every day, compounded by all the pressures we feel, the demands made of us, the family and job responsibilities, now more than ever we need to embrace and live that Sacred Time that Grandfather both lived and taught. In times of intense need, overwhelming stress, or in times of joy and love, to take that special time for yourself is one of the most powerful gifts you can give yourself and ultimately your loved ones.

Hi Folks,
I am praying so frequent and hard that the New Year that lies ahead for all of you is a happy one, filled with peace, love, joy, and purpose. I am reaching out to all of you today for one simple reason and that is a request for all of you to pray. Sometime tomorrow, January 3rd, after all of the hoopla and sizzle has died away, find a time that you can take a moment to pray for the year that is ahead of us and reflect on your Vision. I think that it was Mark Twain that once said, “The two most important days of your life is the day you were born and the day you found out why.” We all have a long and difficult road ahead and we should also reach out to each other, lean on each other, and pray for each other. The Tracker Family that Grandfather often spoke of is now so real and a foundation for so many of us, where we can find stability in an unstable world.
